the service I received from Herb was great. He did stay in contact through the whole process.
the concerns I had were Allstate dealing with the local dealership. The approval process seem to take to long before any work was started. I would suggest that once the claim was submitted and most of the details agreed to the work should start and not complete the few items left in question.

As always, the service department was great. I had made an appointment for my 45,000 mile checkup. I was in and out in a metter of minutes with a loaner car that made things much easier. Thank you!

I took my car to have the steering column replaced. It was still under warranty. i was given a loaner because the wait would have been too long. Everything went well
