Everything was as efficient and professional as usual. Making the appointment and checking in my vehicle was fast and easy. I got a loaner car and it was clean and new. I got a status call regarding the diagnosis of my problem promptly as expected. Because the part needed was a major unstocked part, the completion estimate was projected for a couple of days. But to my surprise I got a call the next day and it was already completed ahead of schedule. Picking up my car was quick and it was washed clean. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the standard vehicle checklist page I got said that the tire pressure was checked and set appropriately. But when I got home I noticed that the low tire pressure light was on. I checked the pressure on my tires and one of the tires was low. So either the tire was not actually tested or the tire was filled improperly.

As always, our experience at Infinit of Lisle was excepional. This time was especially good because of the salesman, Jeff Walker. He helped to make the experience both professional and pleasant. This is the sixth vehcile we have purchased from Infiniti of Lisle all of which I have had serviced there and I am certain it will not be the last.
